We’re going to be in the brand new Bath Cookbook!
We’re pretty excited about this one.
Before Christmas, Meze Publishing will be releasing the all-new Bath Cookbook. Their team are behind some of the most successful regional cookbooks of all time, including the Sheffield Cookbook and Lincolnshire Cookbook. The premise is to showcase the best of the region, with recipes submitted by leading pubs, restaurants and producers.
In every cookbook Meze also invite a wine merchant to pair the recipes with a selection of wines. We were honoured to be the Bath Cookbook‘s wine merchant!
We have spent a few weeks pairing the delicious recipes from all over Bath, including dishes from The Chequers, Royal Crescent, Woods and The Beaufort among many others. Our selection of “weird and wonderful” wines offer readers something truly different to try alongside these culinary delights.
The result, we hope, is the most awesome cookbook ever!
