Wassmann is a winery based in Villany, southern Hungary. It was set up by expats Sussann and Ralf Wassmann with vines planted on limestone with a mix of clay and loess top soils. Focusing on hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and biodynamic wines, these drinks are natural with quality at the forefront.
