Badel William’s is a fruit Schnapps made from the William pear, the most famous pear variety whose aroma and taste are preserved by careful distillation.
It is consumed as an aperitif, necessarily chilled, and in order to bring out its aromaticity and refreshing effect as much as possible, a slice of fresh pear is recommended as an addition.
