Bride Valley is a beautiful spot in Dorset that caught the eye of wine legend Stephen Spurrier and his wife Bella, where they planted their vineyard in 2008. An ampitheatre of vineyards in a marginal climate, this Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay. It has grace with lean green apple and citrus hues, as well as elegance and silkiness with a creamy, lightly toasty mouthfeel. Over time, this will develop even further but its a joy to drink even now. The 2018 vintage won Gold at the Independent English Wine Awards and achieved the trophy crown for best English wine.
