Cuvee Dissenay Pinot Noir is a full bodied, dry red wine from Pays d'Oc, France. It's 100% Pinot Noir with 13.5% abv.

Grapes are grown in the Pays d’Oc region, close to the Pyrennes mountains, on limestone slopes and influenced by refreshing breezes and long, warm sunshine hours. This little paradise ripens Pinot Noir beautifully. The grapes are harvested early to preserve the wine’s elegant style, sorted at the winery and destemmed. Fermentation is over a period of 15 days with punching down daily. A small percentage of the wine is matured in French oak to soften the wine and add clove and spice aromas.
Glossy red ruby colour with intense black fruit aromas followed by a hint of vanilla and cloves. Fine-grained tannins with a velvet texture, the palate is vibrant and juicy with a fresh finish.
