Low in sulphites. Introducing a limited run of Hanna's natural whole bunch Pinot Noir. Macerated for two weeks in stainless steel with gentle pumping over. This results in a careful extraction of summer berry flavours. Elevage in French oak to add softness before being bottled unfiltered with low sulfur. Pure, fresh and bursting with sun-kissed strawberries.
