Holdvölgy is a modern winery in the Mád basin of Tokaj, specialising in limited release wines that celebrate the myriad of terroir in the region. Vision is a field blend of select parcels in their estate, fermented in stainless steel and partially matured in barrel. Aromas of Williams pear, cedar and quince with a pure, mineral palate and ripe notes of pineapple and pink grapefruit. Soft, rounded white pear on the finish. A new and exciting take on dry Tokaj blends.
