Larry Cherubino is one of Australia's best winemakers and his namesake winery has been recognised as a Winery of the Year by critics like James Halliday and Matt Skinner. This dry Riesling is made from various sites planted in the Great Southern region of Western Austalia. Planted densely to increase competition and the character in the grapes, the vineyards sit on northern aspect and enjoy plenty of sunshine, ripening fully. Gently destemmed and using only the free-run juice from the press, this Riesling is clean and elegant with purity of flavour. Expect fragrant citrus aromas and a zesty, peppery and steely wine on the palate.
