Shabo Aged Sparkling is a medium bodied, sparkling white wine from Ukraine. It's from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay abv.

An elegant and easy-drinking sparkling wine. Aromatic with notes of soft, flowering acacia and ripe peach which is present in the palette. Fresh with refreshing acidity and a long rounded finish.
Made in the traditional method, same as classic champagne and made using Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay which were specially chosen for the Shabo soil and climate to make exceptional sparkling wine. When ready the grapes a hand picked go through many stages of sorting and quality control.
