This is a wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon bursting full of black currants, cranberries and ripe plum, both in the aroma and continued into the palette. The soft tannins balance the wine, giving it a rounded finish.
The grapes are grown by Shabo in the Shabo area, which the winery is named after. They are hand picked and go through a lot quality control through out production to ensure the quality of the wine.
