Shabo Reserve Telti-Kuruk is a Medium bodied, dry White wine from Ukraine. It's made with 100% Telti-Kuruk 11.5% abv.

A crisp and refreshing wine with a pale straw, almost green colour. The nose is aromatic, almost intense with white lilac and rhubarb jam and floral notes which can be found in the palate too. The body is well-rounded with very good structure and a lengthy finish.
Shabo practice high end viticulture to bring out the fullest potential of the vines, revealing the unique features and potential of their terroir.
The grapes are handpicked and kept at 7°C to be transported for processing and later pressing. After that they are left for fermentation on the lees for 7-10 days at 26°C. It is then left for further aging in bottles in their cellar kept at the perfect conditions, with temperature and humidity control.
