This is a wonderful introduction to Dalmatian (& Croatian wine) - A moreish wine with rich aromas, citrus fruits and Mediterranean herbs. It offers complexity with a lingering minerality.
Pošip is the true Dalmatian white grape variety which are grown on vineyards from the Croatian island Korčula. Originally discovered by a farmer 150 years ago in the village of Smokvica, where the winery is now located. Pošip is a delicate variety that requires the grapes to be picked early in the morning.
