Winemaker Pablo Fallabrino's stunning dessert wine combines the techniques of Barolo Chinato and Marsala to create a truly unique sweet red. The Tannat base wine is fortified with brandy and aromatised with several roots and herbs before being aged for several years in French oak barrels. Inky-purple in colour and honeyed in texture, the wine is like pure chocolate. Vanilla, white cacao and apple mint support the supple, smooth finish.
