Badel
Badel 1862 is the largest and oldest producer of wines and spirits in Croatia, founded in 1862. The group has a selection of five different wineries releasing iconic labels and celebrating the country's rich tapestry of indigenous grapes. Their mission is to encourage people to drink less, but the best and to nurture the culture of pleasure in wines and spirits. Their Daruvar winery produces our Grasecina, with vineyards in Bilogora, Papuk and Psunj and is one of the country's most-awarded wineries. They have a staggering 160 hectares of vines and the wines are stored in the castle of Count Jankovic cellars. Badel's Vina Hrvatske (Wines of Croatia) label makes our Plavac Mali, grown on the beautiful Southern Dalmatia region of the Peljesac peninsula.
